The '24 Customer Success Trends report is here! 

With over 600 participants across companies of every size, this report shines a light on what are the top challenges and opportunities for Customer Success for next year.

2024 is set to be the year of customer-centricity.

Two themes are clear from this study:

  1. CS leaders want to laser-focus on driving measurable outcomes to customers. CS leaders are hoping to invest in defining customer outcomes, mapping the customer journey and making improvements to existing high-touch CS playbooks.
  2. Scaling CS through technology is a key priority for next year, with most leaders investing in automation and CS Platforms

The report is broken down by company size and gives an insight into the top challenges, and key priorities for process, system and programme investments that CS leaders worldwide are making in 2024.
